Home-cooked Saba (Mackerel) Fillet (marinated with Mirin, Light Soya Sauce, White Vinegar, Sesame Oil, Chilli Padi, Coarse Sea Salt and Black Pepper), with Boiled Potatoes, Shiitake Mushrooms, Honey Tomatoes, and a Soft-Boiled Egg. It’s my first time cooking fish (in a microwave oven no less!) and I do proclaim this a tasty SUCCESS!!
