Home-cooked Microwaved Bacon on a bed of Sliced Potatoes, Carrots, Radishes, Chinese Cabbage, and Edamame Beans, dressed with a bit of Coarse Sea Salt, Mirin Wine, Soya Sauce, Sesame Oil, and Medium Hot Mustard. Final touch was a handful of Popcorn, from Daiso, to add bite!
Home-cooked Couscous in Shoyu Sauce, with Microwaved Bacon and Chinese Spinach, Red Carrots, Red Onions, Cherry Tomatoes, Shiitake Mushrooms, and a Soft-Boiled Egg with Black Sesame Seeds. This is my brunch.
Home-cooked Microwaved Chinese Spinach with Daikon Radish Slices, Fresh Shiitake Mushrooms, Cherry Tomatoes (dressed with Mirin, Sesame Oil, Soya Sauce and Butter), served with Rice and Soft-Boiled Egg.
Met up with Taiwanese traveller Sarah Lu, who is studying in Perth and on the way to Busan, South Korea after a transit in Kuala Lumpur, before going on to Japan and Taiwan, at Tiong Bahru, Singapore. (at IKYU)
