Home-cooked Saba Fillet seasoned with Sesame Oil, Sriracha Hot Sauce, Black Sesame Seeds, Shichimi Powder, and Pickled Mustard Greens, served with Shiitake Mushroom Rice, Furikake Seasoning, and Muji’s Squid Carpaccio.

Home-cooked Elbow Pasta with Bacon Bits and Mozarella Cheese with Honey Tomatoes, dressed with Olive Oil and Tsuyu Sauce.
Home-cooked Spaghetti with Mayonnaise, Olive Oil, Sea Salt and Black Pepper, topped with Chopped Spinach and Portobello and Butter, Egg, Wild Clams and Squid Carpaccio (from Muji).
Home-cooked Lunch Bento for Two: Saba Fillet, Brussels Sprouts, Honey Tomatoes, and Portobello Mushroom with Melted Mozarella, on Elbow Pasta, dressed with Tsuyu Sauce, Sesame Oil, Coarse Sea Salt and Black Pepper. Went very well with Wasabi and Soya Sauce!
