Strangely, I couldn’t finish my breakfast AND lunch today, so I combined the leftovers in this reheated dinner: Economy Rice with Fried Cod Fish Nuggets, Cauliflower and Onion Omelette, and my Kimchi Penne Pasta, with additional Chicken Cutlet pieces. Yum to the max!!!
