Homemade Maldives-inspired Mas Huni, with Dolphin-friendly Farmland Skipjack Tuna, Grated Coconut, Chopped Red Onions, Salt, Ground Black Pepper, and my own addition of Mashed Avocado and Seedless Red Grapes, served with Warm Roshi (Chapati) Wrap. We couldn’t have enough of this at The Amazing Noovilu Guesthouse at Mahibadhoo, Maldives!!
My contribution for today’s “夜鶯” cast and crew potluck lunch: Chicken Sausages with Steamed Purple Sweet Potato in Cinnamon Powder and Wolfberries! The sweet potatoes could benefit from a couple minutes of extra steaming and I might have added a tad too much cinnamon powder, but the flavours turned out pretty interesting! Thank you, @phrancphoo for coming to watch “夜鶯” this morning, and also for buying a copy of “Show Me Manila!”. Your support is definitely much appreciated!! 😊😊😊 (at Singapore Repertory Theatre DBS Arts Centre)
Home-cooked Mee Sua (Longevity Noodles) with CP Shrimp Wontons and Broth, Bunashimeji Mushrooms, Poached Egg, a leftover piece of Korean Ginseng from last week’s energy drink, and a drizzle of Fried Shallot Oil. Delicious “white supper”!
