Strangely, I couldn’t finish my breakfast AND lunch today, so I combined the leftovers in this reheated dinner: Economy Rice with Fried Cod Fish Nuggets, Cauliflower and Onion Omelette, and my Kimchi Penne Pasta, with additional Chicken Cutlet pieces. Yum to the max!!!
Home-made Penne Italian Pasta Salad with Singaporean Fried Shallot Oil, Indonesian Kecap Manis, Thai Sriracha, Japanese Tsuyu, Korean Kimchi, and Himalayan Coarse Sea Salt, with Muji Fried Rice Crackers in Soya Sauce. International yumminess! (at Ue Square Venus Cafe)
Home-cooked Penne with Saba Fillet marinated with Ginger Oil, Fried Shallot Oil, Light Soya Sauce and Sesame Oil, with Brussels Sprouts, Sautéed Shiitake Mushrooms, and Grape Cherry Tomatoes. Next pay-day is still up in the air, so I’ll be doing more home-cooked meals in the meantime…
Meet Gale, the Nightingale Sonny Angel! He’s come to join us for the opening show of “夜鶯” (The Nightingale), today at the DBS Arts Centre! Our Mandarin show, suitable for kid and adults alike, runs from 18 Sep to 11 Oct. Get your tickets now from SISTIC! (at Singapore Repertory Theatre)

Home-cooked Korean Sweet Potato Vermicelli and Jellyfish with Goma Sesame Dressing, with Steamed Asparagus in Tsuyu Sauce, Sriracha Hot Sauce and Red Chilli Padi, served on crispy The Master Baker wrap with ABC Kecap Manis. Successful combo!
